By accessing and using Naowh UI Imports ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Naowh UI Imports provides World of Warcraft addon configuration strings and profiles for authorized users. The Service requires Discord authentication and specific server roles for access.

3. User Requirements

To use this Service, you must:

• Have a valid Discord account
• Be a member of the required Discord server
• Possess the necessary Discord roles as determined by the Service administrators
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Access and Authorization

Access to the Service is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to:

• Deny, restrict, or terminate access to any user at any time without notice
• Modify access requirements and role permissions
• Suspend the Service for maintenance or updates

5. Acceptable Use

All addon configurations, profiles, and content provided through the Service are the property of their respective creators. The Service interface, code, and infrastructure are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

By using this Service, you acknowledge that:

• You must comply with Blizzard Entertainment's Terms of Service and End User License Agreement
• World of Warcraft is a trademark of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
• This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment
• Use of addon configurations is at your own risk and subject to Blizzard's addon policies

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uptime, availability, or error-free operation
• Warranties that the Service will meet your requirements
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

The Service uses Discord for authentication and Google AdSense for advertisements. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

12. Content and Updates

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or remove any addon configurations or profiles at any time
• Discontinue support for specific addons or game versions
• Make changes to the Service without notice

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Removal from the required Discord server
• Loss of required Discord roles
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
